Graver Technologies, LLC introduces TurboGuard, its technically improved 6 inch (152 mm) high-flow filter for the utility market. Graver is the world’s largest supplier of condensate system filters and components and has been manufacturing precoat and non-precoat septa for condensate systems for more than 50 years. Graver is the consistent technology innovator with more than 40 patents and numerous technical advances for condensate and high purity water applications.

Graver’s family of TurboGuard High Flow Filters will provide superior CRUD removal upstream of deep bed demineralizers. TurboGuard High Flow Filters may also be used following ion exchange beds as a resin trap,
or as highly efficient pre-filters before membrane systems. Graver’s TurboGuard line of filters are manufactured in the USA at Graver Technologies manufacturing plants, under an ISO-9001 (2000) quality system.

Graver’s TurboGuard High Flow Filter integrates a number of improvements over currently available elements. With the most experience of any supplier in condensate applications, Graver can access more than 50 years of experience when improving fundamental filtration in condensate and high purity water applications.

AEGIS® TurboGuard® Pre-Filters

  • Flow is from the inside core to the outer pleats
  • TurboGuard Filters are wrapped in a one-piece extruded outer cage preventing media migration during inside out flow

Graver High Flow Series filters feature a larger geometry to handle higher flows with fewer filter elements. The result is much faster, easier filter changeouts. In addition, the inside to outside flow allows for excellent dirt holding capacity, extending the time between filter changeouts.

Filter housings are also available and because of the filters high flow and dirt holding capacity, smaller systems are possible, reducing upfront capital costs.

TPM™ Titanium Filter Series

Titanium Porous Metal Technology TPM series filters are porous titanium filters designed for applications involving heat, gases, aggressive chemicals, cryogenics or polymers.

Made from titanium powder, that is sintered to form a rugged, fixed pore structure, TPM filtersare made to withstand temperature extremes, high pressuresand repeated cleaning/backwash cycles. T

here are no longitudinal seams, for improved mechanical strength and corrosion resistance. TOPM filters are produced in a range of configurations and micron ratings to perform in a variety of liquid and gas applications.

Our exclusive range of imported filter cartridges are supplied by Graver Technologies of the USA.

Whilst we manufacture as well as import a range of filter bags from FSI/PALL, these bags are primarily used in the automotive sector due to their speciality in nature.

Our South African manufactured filtration range of products are marketed under the brand name Flowrite, we manufacture yarn wound filter cartridges as well as resin bonded filter cartridges.

The products supplied and supported by the Filtration Division are primarily geared towards the filtration of liquids and compressed gasses. These products are typically reticulated in piping systems from 15mm diameter upwards, and at pressures from 20 bar down, and the product range of the Division reflects this.
