Keep on training. Your technical ability provides confidence to your client, never be afraid to ask
Is the filter more cost-effective than competitive offers
What is the quality of your service (stock availability, speed of delivery, etc.)
Without knowing EXACTLY what the customer requires, how can you be sure of recommending the right solution? Research often!
