Reasons for Filtering

 

Always establish why the customer wants to filter (e.g. nozzle protection, liquid clarity etc.)


Never forget that the correct filter is the one that does the job to the customer’s satisfaction. 


  • Is the filter selected doing the required job?

  • Keep on training. Your technical ability provides confidence to your client, never be afraid to ask

  • Is the filter more cost-effective than competitive offers

  • What is the quality of your service (stock availability, speed of delivery, etc.)


Without knowing EXACTLY what the customer requires, how can you be sure of recommending the right solution? Research often!
